Phoenix, AZ — May 25, 2025— The Foundation for Talent Transformation recently joined workforce development professionals NAWDP Phoenix to showcase free psychometric assessments, AI coaches, and partnership opportunities designed to help workforce organizations, case managers, and training providers better support individuals preparing for today's world of work.

Throughout the conference, the Foundation connected with workforce boards, workforce training providers, community partners, and existing collaborators around one of the labor market’s growing challenges: helping individuals develop the human skills increasingly needed in an AI-driven economy. These skills include communication, adaptability, confidence, self-awareness, resilience, decision-making, and workplace professionalism.
At Booth #204, attendees experienced the Foundation’s free psychometric assessments and AI-powered coaching conversations, which help individuals better understand their strengths, values, motivators, communication styles, and career interests. These tools support meaningful coaching and case management conversations that encourage reflection, build confidence, clarify career direction, and strengthen employability skills.
The Foundation also highlighted how its platform can extend the reach and effectiveness of case managers, career counselors, workforce coaches, and training organizations by providing scalable, personalized support between meetings and throughout an individual’s development journey.
“As AI continues to reshape the workplace, we have an opportunity and a responsibility to use AI for good,” said Eric Shepherd, executive director of the Foundation for Talent Transformation. “Organizations are searching for practical, scalable ways to help individuals develop the human skills needed to thrive professionally and personally in the new world of work. Through partnerships with workforce training providers, career coaches, and case managers, we help extend support services while providing individuals with personalized guidance, greater self-awareness, and ongoing encouragement at scale.”
The Foundation’s tools support a broad range of workforce and education initiatives, including youth career pathways, adult career transitions, workforce boards, employability programs, community-based organizations, and programs serving underserved populations. By combining free psychometric assessments with AI-powered coaching conversations, the Foundation aims to make self-awareness, career guidance, and workforce readiness support more accessible and scalable.
Following the conference, the Foundation will continue expanding its partnerships with workforce organizations, training providers, and community partners interested in using free, scalable tools to strengthen workforce engagement, improve career readiness, and support stronger long-term employment outcomes.
